Now Hiring: Inventory Control Coordinator Location: 876 Seacliff Drive, Kingsville, Ontario Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Compensation : $20.00 per hour, plus benefits About NIMA Imports At NIMA Imports, we are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships with our customers We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Kingsville, Ontario, and be part of an exciting and growing industry. About the Role The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for accurately counting and verifying inventory, checking products and documentation, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities Accurately count and verify inventory. Check products, quantities, lot numbers, and labels for accuracy. Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments. Complete inventory records and required documentation. Assist with regular and cycle inventory counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all warehouse and workplace safety procedures. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Collaborate with other members of the warehouse team. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and counting skills. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment at ambient temperature. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be comfortable working at heights. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an asset but not required.
