Inventory Control Coordinator

Job Title – Inventory Control Coordinator Inventory Control Coordinator maintain inventories of materials, equipment, and stock with purchasing transactions. It’s a hands-on role involving the counting and management of day-to-day production parts. Job duties Inventory control workers Monitor inventory levels as materials, equipment and stock are issued, transferred within an establishment, or sold to the public using manual or computerized inventory systems. Assign and prioritize duties in order to meet inventory needs. Analyze current stock levels to identify potential shortages and excesses. Conduct cycle counts and create cycle count reports. Proficient with excel to maintain records and share reports on weekly basis. Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment, and stock. Maintain stock rotation and dispose of and account for outdated stock. Maintain and record the parts at different levels of machining, assembly, fabrication and at supplier end for production scheduling, stock replenishment/relocation and inventory adjustments. Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts on daily and weekly basis. Knowledge of SAP/ERP/Job Boss is an advantage Must be able to read and understand drawings. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis College diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, loss prevention or related field. Ability to manually lift/carry product up to 20Lbs.
