Inventory Control & Client Operations Manager

Job Summary ARS is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee a key warehouse client account, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead warehouse procedures and audit preparation. This person will coordinate daily operations, communicate directly with the client, and ensure inventory records match physical stock. Responsibilities Manage daily client communication, reporting, and issue resolution. Coordinate receiving, storage, quality control, picking, shipping, and returns with warehouse leads. Lead full physical inventories and cycle counts, including scanning, recounts, reconciliation, and final sign-off coordination. Investigate inventory discrepancies and route adjustments for authorized approval. Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, training records, and audit documentation. Maintain accurate SKU, serial-number, location, and inventory-status records. Ensure damaged, returned, and held product is properly identified and controlled. Train employees, monitor performance, and follow corrective actions through completion. Support billing and claims with accurate operational records. Qualifications Five or more years of warehouse, distribution, 3PL, or inventory-control experience, including two years in a supervisory or process-leadership role. Experience leading physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies, writing SOPs, and supporting audits. Proficiency with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, and Excel, including lookups and pivot tables. Strong client communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
