Inventory Control Clerk

Title: Inventory Control Clerk Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations. Core Responsibilities: Inventory Management Track, record, and update inventory levels in the system. Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts. Receiving & Dispatch Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Label and organize items in storage areas. Prepare and document outgoing shipments. Data Entry & Documentation Maintain detailed records of stock movements. Generate inventory reports for management. Quality Control Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies. Report issues to procurement. Coordination Communicate with procurement, shipping, and Production teams. Assist in resolving stock shortages or overages. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Forklift license or willing to learn Qualifications and Education Required: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 - 3 years in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics. Compensation: Salary range $22.00-26.00 dependent upon experience and qualifications. Three (3) weeks of vacation. Ten (10) paid days off (sick days). Access to company vehicle for deliveries and pickups. Potential for tuition reimbursement. Schedule: Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional overtime or after-hours/weekend work required. Other: Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. Applications must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record). AI is not utilized for the recruitment or selection process.
