The Inventory Control Clerk plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, executing timely material issuance, and ensuring an organized and efficient workspace. This entry-level position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who can work independently after training, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all inventory-related tasks. The role also provides opportunities for hands-on cycle counting, material handling, discrepancy investigation, and occasional support for shipping activities, with the potential to transition from a Kratos temporary assignment to a permanent position. Assist with all basic warehouse inventory activity Conduct cycle counts on an ongoing basis Conduct inventory picks to satisfy job demand and issuance to projects or other customers Execute timely issuance of materials Organize the warehouse and all related inventory Able to work in ERP system, and Microsoft office suite Help investigate discrepancies Process project returns in a timely manner Be able to work independently after proper training Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Provide back up support for Shipping Execute other duties as assigned Experience and Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to access high places with proper equipment Experience with demonstrated increased responsibility and trust Possess keen attention to detail Ability to conduct detailed transactions error free 2 years customer service experience Preferred Skills/Experience 2 years' experience in inventory or materials management Associate's degree # LI-Onsite The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
