West Coast MagneticsInventory Control Clerk West Coast Magnetics | Stockton, CA Full-Time | Onsite | $20.00-$26.25 per hour About the Role West Coast Magnetics is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to keep our stockroom and warehouse organized and our inventory records accurate. Reporting to the Stockroom Manager, you'll work closely with Receiving/Stockroom, Production, Purchasing, and Document Control. What You'll Do Assign new bin locations and keep bin locations accurate in Sage Stock inventory and finished goods in the correct bin locations, and update locations as goods are moved Perform regular cycle counts of materials, equipment, and supplies Find and resolve differences between physical counts and Sage records Return material to stock from kitting or production, record it in the in/out log, and enter transactions in Sage promptly Help develop and improve inventory management processes Keep the stockroom clean and organized Follow all company safety guidelines and report any hazards Perform other related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Experience as an inventory clerk, preferably in manufacturing Experience with warehouse management systems, including barcoding Ability to work in a stockroom environment Ability to lift 30 lbs. to shoulder level High school diploma or equivalent Basic reading and math skills Basic Microsoft Office skills What We Offer Pay of $20.00-$26.25 per hour, based on experience Competitive benefits, including a 401(k) plan A stable, full-time onsite position Monday through Friday 8:00 am. to 4:30 p.m. with a team committed to quality and continuous improvement How to Apply Apply online at www.wcmagnetics.com/careers.
