Inventory Control Associate - Main Store (Shift: btw 6AM-4PM)

Responsible for coordinating inventory levels, minimizing outages of merchandise, and identifying excess merchandise within assigned sales areas. Drives customer experience by improving efficiencies resulting in a tailored customer experience. Facility Name LEE MAIN STORE Job Grade 2 Job Tier 1 Career Area Buying and Merchandising Supervisor No Job Qualifications Completion of high school or the equivalent. One year experience in retail environment. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. Additional Qualifications/Requirements MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 6AM-4PM. AS AN INVENTORY CONTROL ASSOCIATE AT THE EXCHANGE, YOU WILL SUPPORT STAFF BY MAINTAINING APPROPRIATE INVENTORY LEVELS TO KEEP OUR STORES FULLY STOCKED AND REMOVE ANY EXCESS PRODUCT. YOUR POSITION IS CRITICAL TO THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE STORE AND YOU WILL WORK WITH MANAGEMENT TO DETERMINE ANY PROBLEM AREAS.
