Job Requirements As an Inventory Control Associate – Overnight Shift at Four Seasons Produce, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse and packing operations running accurately and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for monitoring inventory, investigating discrepancies, maintaining accurate product locations, and helping identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with warehouse operations, using inventory systems and your attention to detail to make sure the right products are in the right location and inventory records remain accurate. THE BASICS: Pay: $20 hour plus $3 hour shift differential Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 9:00 pm - 7:00 am Location: Ephrata, PA WHAT YOU DO: Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to verify product locations, product codes, lot numbers, date codes, and quantities Complete inventory adjustments accurately and in accordance with established procedures investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, including shipping and receiving errors, location issues, work orders, and differences between ERP and WMS systems Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement efforts Maintain accurate location labels and pallet tags, including tags that do not scan properly Monitor and maintain inventory that is missing a designated location Manage inventory slotting to ensure products are stored, handled, and rotated appropriately Analyze inventory information and communicate findings and results to coworkers and leadership Work independently while following established safety, food safety, and operational procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area while working around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and varying temperatures WHAT YOU BRING: 3+ years’ experience in inventory management Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other computer applications Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prepare and communicate information to peers and leadership Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with appropriate judgement and attention to detail Commitment to follow safe work practices and food safety policies Ability to occasionally bend, sit, stoop, crouch, climb, stand, walk, and lift, lower push, or pull items weighing up to 60 pounds WHAT WE OFFER: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Earned wage access – flexible access to wages before payday Paid time off and holidays Flexible spending account for healthcare and dependent care 401(K) retirement plans with employer match Company life insurance and voluntary life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Tuition reimbursement Wellness programs Employee assistance program, Success Coach, and more!
