Shift:               7:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility to meet Production needs

Wage:             Starting at $20.51/hour, with higher rates considered based on experience.

What you will do:

We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurate, available, and ready when needed. In this role, you will manage inventory within our ERP system, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, support production planning, and assist with month-end and year-end inventory activities. Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling & Inventory Operations

• Operate lift trucks and electric carts safely and efficiently.
• Receive materials accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stage materials required for daily production.
• Receive and ship finished goods as required.
• Ensure all skids and boxes are properly labeled before storage or shipment.

Production & Inventory Support

• Monitor delivery schedules and customer orders.
• Support production scheduling by ensuring materials are available and staged correctly.

Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and departmental SOPs.
• Maintain 5S standards in all storage and staging areas.
• Support and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with R&D and QA on product requests and quality-related concerns.
• Communicate effectively with team members and collaborate across departments to support operational goals.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational requirements.

What you bring:

• Reliable attendance is critical.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and complete forms accurately.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands. 
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, working in ranging temperatures and humidity levels, and perform lifting, pushing, pulling and repetitive movements.
