Inventory Control Analyst

Part-Time Location: Hershey, PA (Onsite Preferred, Remote Considered) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Duration: 12-Month Contract OPEN FOR w2/ 1099 ONLY. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to support inventory accuracy, reconciliation activities, SAP inventory management, and SOX compliance within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies while ensuring strong process controls. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies Perform inventory reconciliations and reporting Clear daily IDOC and COGI errors in SAP Identify and correct inventory scanning issues Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes Execute inventory-related SOX controls and audit documentation Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications 3+ years of Inventory Control or Inventory Accounting experience Manufacturing industry experience SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) Experience supporting SOX controls and audits Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP Proven experience investigating and resolving inventory variances Consumer Manufacturing Goods (CMG) experience Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment
