Inventory Clerk - Night Shift

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Responsible for entering data related to inventory movements, order statuses, and shipment activities to ensure operational accuracy. Route materials and exception items through appropriate workflows to facilitate timely processing. Prepare reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and operational issues for routine review. Update records related to stock balances and storage locations to maintain control accuracy. Respond to operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status updates and clarity. Responsibilities Include Maintaining comprehensive documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. Accurately entering warehouse data on inventory movements, orders, and shipments. Routing materials and exception items efficiently through workflows. Generating reports on operational metrics and issues. Updating records to ensure inventory control and accuracy. Providing routine operational support and status inquiries. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification. Additional Details: Compensation starts at $23.50/hr with potential increases based on performance and incentives.
