Inventory Clerk

CHM Industries is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse and operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring all inventory transactions are completed accurately in NetSuite. Responsibilities Process receiving, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments in NetSuite. Verify physical inventory against NetSuite records and investigate discrepancies. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories. Receive, identify, label, and properly store materials. Issue materials to production and other departments as authorized. Maintain accurate inventory locations and documentation. Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow company inventory-control and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous inventory, warehouse, receiving, or materials-control experience. NetSuite or ERP experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and computer skills. Ability to accurately perform basic math and data entry. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes ownership of inventory accuracy, follows procedures consistently, and understands that every physical inventory movement must be accurately reflected in NetSuite.
