Inventory Clerk- Day & Overnight Shift

Available shifts Morning: Sunday–Wednesday Morning: Wednesday–Saturday Overnight: Sunday–Wednesday Overnight: Wednesday–Saturday About the role We are hiring Inventory Clerks for a wood manufacturing facility in Austin, TX. You will keep track of the materials and finished products moving through the facility and make sure the counts in the system match what is on the floor. Several shifts are open, each with four work days and three days off every week. What you'll do Count and record lumber, materials, and finished products Perform cycle counts and help with full physical inventories Enter inventory data and keep records accurate and up to date Check inbound and outbound materials against paperwork Label, tag, and organize inventory so it is easy to locate Find and report discrepancies, damages, and shortages Work with the shipping, receiving, and production teams to keep materials moving What we're looking for Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or shipping and receiving experience Strong attention to detail and accurate counting Basic math and computer skills; experience with [inventory / ERP software / Excel] is a plus Able to stand, walk, and lift up to [50] lbs through the shift Reliable attendance and transportation Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Why apply $18.00–$22.00 per hour depending on shift Four-day work week with three days off Choice of morning or overnight shifts If you're detail-oriented and dependable, apply today and tell us which shift you prefer.
