Inventory Clerk

Warehouse Clerk Anaheim, CA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll package, verify, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards. What You’ll Do Package products according to detailed customer and product-specific packing instructions Follow standardized packing procedures, work instructions, and special customer requirements with a high degree of accuracy Verify product items, quantities, and packaging materials before packing to ensure orders are complete Review and validate packing slips, work orders, and shipping documentation Identify, document, and report discrepancies between products and paperwork to a supervisor Accurately label packages and include all required documentation with each shipment Handle products with care to prevent damage Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe Meet productivity and quality benchmarks Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret work instructions, packing slips, and shipping documents Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and counting skills for inventory verification Familiarity with logistics processes and shipping platforms Proficiency with database and spreadsheet tracking Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong interpersonal skills Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work is primarily in a warehouse/production setting with regular use of forklifts, packaging tools, and computer systems, with occasional desk work for reporting and documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, and standing Use of required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots) Additional Information Employment is contingent on satisfactory employment history, background check, and drug screening.
