Inventory Clerk

Overview Keep inventory accurate, accessible, and moving smoothly as an Inventory Clerk. You’ll support warehouse operations by tracking stock, processing shipments, and maintaining clear records in inventory and warehouse management systems. Your work will connect purchasing, logistics, and warehouse distribution so teams can find the materials they need. Your impact: Accurate inventory records help warehouse and supply chain teams fulfill orders reliably and make informed replenishment decisions. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and stock materials; process shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment records. Track inventory movements, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory control, cycle counts, and root cause analysis. Update spreadsheets and inventory management software; collect and review data to identify trends and support process improvement. Coordinate with purchasing, procurement, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on replenishment, pricing, and delivery issues. Support warehouse management, logistics, demand planning, and supply chain activities; operate a forklift when authorized. Requirements Warehouse experience, including stocking, materials handling, shipping and receiving, or warehouse distribution, is preferred. Strong math, organization, analysis, and cross-functional communication skills; able to perform heavy lifting as required. Technical proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory management software; Excel data analysis experience is useful. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is a plus. Exposure to data analytics, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, financial analysis, sourcing, supplier management, category management, merchandising, or production planning is welcome.
