Position Overview: Responsible formaintaining inventory of all official records and sales orders, comparing current inventory, and evaluating all stock to ensure the absence of all discrepancies. Job Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the shipping department and ensure efficient flow of all shipments and manage inventory of all products on a monthly and annual basis. Identify and deliver various raw materials for production and perform quality checks according to company policies and procedures. Maintain inventory control and evaluate all data for all physical inventory. Perform regular quality checks on all vendor supplies and maintain a record of all receipts. Monitor and validate all inventories and perform cycle counts of all products. Maintain the accuracy of all counts and ensure the authenticity of all information. Assist in maintaining stock at appropriate locations in the warehouse and rotate stock to remove all old stock. Prepare a spreadsheet for all shipments and maintain appropriate documents for all warehouse equipment. Prepare stock status reports and perform physical inventory counts, maintain a count of all merchandise, and prepare reports for all shortages. Other duties as assigned Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor. Technical Competencies Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment. Forklift Certified (Training Provided) Job Specific Requirements and Qualifications Must speak English fluently; Spanish language is a plus but not necessary Required to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility. Computer Skills – Word, Excel Work Experience: Previous warehouse/ inventory experience a plus. Education: Minimum of a high school education. Training Requirements: New employee orientation, Safety Training, OJT (On the job training), E1 (Enterprise), Product Training, Outlook, Web RMA Portal, ETQ - Work Instructions, ISO Requirements, R2, NAID and Intradepartmental training as appropriate.
