Inventory Clerk

Job Summary: The Inventory Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory to ensure accurate stock records and efficient warehouse operations. The role supports production by maintaining proper inventory control and ensuring materials are available when needed. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Store materials in designated warehouse locations following FIFO/FEFO procedures, where applicable. Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions. Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system or logbook. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and assist in physical stocktaking. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all materials. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and PPIC regarding inventory requirements. Prepare inventory and warehouse reports as required. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications: College graduate or at least two (2) years of college education in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO, cycle counting, stock control). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems. Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills. Physically fit and able to lift and move materials when necessary. Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
