Inventory Clerk

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with basic computer systems, and interested in building experience in inventory management and logistics. The Inventory Clerk will help maintain accurate inventory records, review incoming shipments, update product information, and assist with routine inventory checks. Training will be provided on company procedures and inventory systems. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records in internal databases and spreadsheets. Enter and update product quantities, item descriptions, and inventory transactions. Review receiving documents and verify information against inventory records. Assist with routine inventory counts and identify discrepancies. Track incoming and outgoing products and document inventory movements. Organize inventory paperwork, receipts, and related records. Communicate inventory discrepancies to the appropriate team members. Support inventory reconciliation and general administrative tasks. Follow established procedures for data accuracy and recordkeeping. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent, if required by the employer. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records. Reliable attendance and effective time management. Preferred, but not required: Previous experience in inventory, data entry, warehousing, retail, or order processing. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Experience using inventory management systems or barcode scanners. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous inventory experience is not required if you can demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
