Inventory Clerk

Do you enjoy keeping things organised, working with records and making sure the details add up? We're looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is important to the day-to-day running of the business, helping us maintain reliable stock information and keep products properly accounted for.It's a hands-on administrative role where accuracy, consistency and a practical approach to work matter. The Role Record new stock as deliveries arrive and check quantities against delivery paperwork. Update inventory records when products are received, transferred, returned or removed. Carry out regular stock checks and compare physical counts with system records. Investigate basic inventory discrepancies and bring any unresolved issues to the team's attention. Maintain clear records of stock movements, adjustments and damaged merchandise. Help identify products that are running low or need further attention. Keep inventory files and supporting documents organised and accessible. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure stock information is accurate and current. What We're Looking For You should be dependable, organised and comfortable working carefully with information. Good basic computer skills, accurate data entry and the ability to follow established procedures will help you succeed. Experience in inventory, stock control, warehouse administration or retail is beneficial. However, applicants with relevant transferable skills and a genuine interest in learning are also welcome.
