Primary Objective of the Position:

The Inventory Auditor supports the Supply Chain team by conducting physical inventory counts, verifying inventory accuracy, and assisting with inventory reconciliation. This role helps maintain accurate inventory records and supports efficient warehouse operations through regular inventory audits and data validation.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
  • Compare physical inventory with system records and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in investigating inventory variances and support inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Record inventory count results accurately and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
  • Verify inventory movements, locations, and stock accuracy within the warehouse.
  • Work closely with warehouse and Supply Chain teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and company policies to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Support other inventory and Supply Chain projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or Supply Chain experience is an asset but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
