Inventory Associate – Warehouse

Job description Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory control experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on warehouse position , not strictly a desk role. Responsibilities: Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle/physical counts Research and resolve inventory discrepancies Handle inbound receiving, put-away, and location management Pick outbound orders and verify inventory Process returns and place products back into inventory Use WMS systems , preferably Extensiv WMS Operate handheld RF scanners for receiving, picking, moving, and verifying inventory Create, update, and maintain warehouse inventory locations Review item activity and inventory movement history Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Assist with general warehouse operations as needed Required Qualifications: Previous warehouse inventory experience required Experience with inventory control and cycle counting Experience using WMS and RF scanners Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong organization and attention to detail Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience required Comfortable operating a sit-down forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
