Inventory Associate

Job Summary Boise Crust is seeking a dependable Inventory Associate to help maintain accurate food and supply inventory for daily restaurant operations. This position will support receiving, organizing, counting, and monitoring ingredients and supplies while helping the kitchen remain properly stocked. Responsibilities Receive and organize food ingredients and restaurant supplies. Count and record inventory accurately. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Check deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy. Rotate products using proper FIFO procedures. Store ingredients according to food-safety requirements. Maintain clean and organized storage areas. Assist with inventory counts and ordering preparation. Report damaged, missing, or expired products to management. Qualifications Previous restaurant, inventory, stocking, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Basic ability to record and track inventory information. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a restaurant team. Ability to lift and move typical food and supply boxes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment. Its Stonehenge Plaza restaurant is located at 1580 N Stonehenge Way in Meridian and serves handcrafted pizzas and other menu items.
