Inventory Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support the daily inventory operations of our dispensary. This position requires strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. The primary focus will be accurately picking products for orders, maintaining organized inventory areas, and ensuring products are stored and accounted for correctly. Responsibilities Accurately pick products for customer orders and verify all items before fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-navigate inventory room Ensure products are stored in the correct locations and inventory is properly organized Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and putting away deliveries Perform inventory counts and help identify discrepancies Maintain accuracy when handling product quantities, SKUs, and inventory movements Restock inventory and keep product areas organized throughout the day Follow all company procedures and NJ cannabis compliance requirements Communicate inventory issues, discrepancies, or low-stock items to management Assist with general organization and other inventory-related tasks as needed Qualifications Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to stay focused while completing repetitive tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing boxes and inventory Cannabis or retail inventory experience is preferred but not required Must meet all NJ CRC requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis dispensary The most important qualities for this position are product-picking accuracy, attention to detail, and strong overall organization. Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
