Responsibilities
• Verify inventory by confirming part numbers, descriptions, and quantities against inventory records.
• Accurately document inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and internal software.
• Organize inventory and materials within warehouse storage locations according to established procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers (training provided as required).
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Use RF scanners and order-picking tools to locate, pick, and stage materials.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading, unloading, and shipment verification.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for outbound shipments.
• Enter inventory and transaction data into Microsoft Excel and other systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be trained on sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
Work Environment
• Warehouse and distribution environment supporting manufacturing and inventory operations.
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
