Inventory Associate

Position Summary Trigger Guard Tactical, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory and warehouse operations. This position will assist with receiving, organizing, counting, tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring products and materials are properly stored and prepared for fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required paid training is provided. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and update company systems. Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Label and store products and materials in designated locations. Pick and prepare items for orders and shipments. Verify product quantities, descriptions, and inventory information. Identify shortages, damaged items, or inventory discrepancies and report them. Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities. Maintain an organized and clean inventory area. Assist with loading and unloading packages or materials when needed. Follow established inventory procedures and safety guidelines. Support other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift and move packages or materials up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
