Position Summary: We’re looking for detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Associates to join our dynamic, cross-trained inventory team. You’ll handle everything from receiving deliveries to managing our vault and ensuring compliance with Massachusetts regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and process incoming product deliveries from vendors. Accurately enter and reconcile inventory data in METRC and Dutchie Backoffice. Conduct daily inventory counts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant vault. Restock the sales floor to ensure product availability throughout the day. Assist with quarantines, and disposals per CCC regulations. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Support compliance audits with accurate records and organization. Adhere strictly to internal SOPs and state compliance regulations. Report inventory issues immediately to ensure operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of inventory experience, ideally in a Massachusetts cannabis dispensary or similar regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals or retail). Familiarity with METRC and Dutchie for inventory management. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate inventory reconciliations. Solid understanding of CCC compliance requirements (or willingness to learn). Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+ and able to pass state-required background checks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vault organization, batch tracking, or cannabis transport manifests. Knowledge of cannabis product packaging and labeling requirements. Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage ($18–$20/hour, based on experience). Generous employee product discounts.
