Inventory Associate

Position Summary Vultaggio Enterprises offers remodeling services for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, basements, and other areas of the home. We are looking for an organized Inventory Associate to help keep track of materials, supplies, and products used in our daily operations. This role supports the team by checking deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that materials are stored in the appropriate locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn how inventory coordination helps keep projects organized and moving forward. Responsibilities Receive and organize incoming materials, supplies, and products. Check delivered items against packing lists or purchase records. Record inventory quantities and update stock information as needed. Arrange materials in designated storage areas for easy identification and access. Monitor supplies and notify the appropriate team member when items need replenishment. Assist with periodic stock counts and help identify inventory discrepancies. Label materials and maintain clear, accurate storage information. Prepare requested supplies for team members and scheduled projects. Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items. Keep inventory areas clean, orderly, and accessible. Assist with basic inventory paperwork and other daily operational tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information accurately. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic math skills for counting and checking quantities. Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with others. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new procedures. Preferred Qualifications Clear communication skills. Ability to keep records organized and complete routine tasks consistently. Interest in inventory, building materials, or general operations support.
