Oil Tool SolutionsOverview HULK USA is looking for an experienced inventory and warehouse professional to support our night-shift operations in Midland. This role is responsible for keeping materials organized, inventory records accurate, and products moving efficiently through the operation. The right person will have hands-on warehouse experience, understand inventory control, and be comfortable taking ownership of work with limited supervision. We are especially interested in candidates who have previously worked nights and have experience serving as a lead, supervisor, or go-to person within a warehouse or inventory operation. What You’ll Do Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part information, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized. Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and routine inventory checks. Research inventory discrepancies and work with the appropriate teams to resolve differences between physical and system quantities. Pick, stage, package, and prepare materials for shipment or internal transfer. Process inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and related transactions within the inventory system. Support shipping and receiving activities and verify documentation before materials enter or leave the facility. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment. Communicate inventory issues, shortages, damaged materials, or other concerns to the appropriate team members. Support other warehouse and operational priorities as business needs change. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, shipping and receiving, materials, or related experience. Previous lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred. Previous night-shift experience strongly preferred. Experience performing cycle counts, inventory audits, or inventory reconciliation. Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and material movement. Experience using an ERP, warehouse management, or inventory system. NetSuite experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to identify inventory problems, investigate discrepancies, and follow through on resolution. Dependable and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment. Ability to work overtime and adjust to operational needs when required. Preferred Background Experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial distribution, equipment, parts, supply chain, or another hands-on warehouse environment is preferred. Schedule This is a full-time night-shift position from 6pm to 6am, Saturday-Wednesday , supporting HULK’s Midland operation. Candidates should be comfortable working nights consistently and supporting overtime based on operational demand.
