The Inventory Assistant helps keep those details aligned. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Brownsville for someone who likes practical work, visible results, and an organized routine. You do not need years of supply-chain experience. Retail stockroom work, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse support, order entry, or a strong record of accurate hands-on work can all be useful starting points. Five checkpoints you will own 1. Receive incoming items, compare quantities with the approved paperwork, and flag shortages or damage. 2. Label and place stock in the correct location so the next person can find it without guesswork. 3. Update inventory records and basic spreadsheets promptly after movement or count activity. 4. Support cycle counts, investigate simple mismatches, and document what was checked before escalating. 5. Prepare stock for internal requests or outgoing orders and keep staging areas clear and traceable. The habits matter more than the title on your last job We value punctuality, safe working habits, basic number confidence, and the ability to follow a process without losing attention halfway through it. You should be comfortable using a computer for data entry and willing to learn the inventory system. If you have used Excel, scanners, POS systems, or warehouse software before, that is helpful rather than essential. Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, on site in Brownsville.
