Inventory Associate

Position Summary Elite Martial Arts, Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized part-time Inventory Associate to help keep training materials, equipment, and supplies properly stocked and organized. This role is focused on maintaining accurate inventory records, checking what is available in the training facility, and identifying items that need to be reordered. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working independently. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on facility needs. Responsibilities Conduct regular inventory checks of equipment, training materials, uniforms, and facility supplies. Keep accurate records of items currently available and quantities on hand. Inspect training areas to make sure necessary materials and supplies are available and properly organized. Identify items that are running low, missing, damaged, or need replacement. Prepare basic lists of items that need to be purchased or replenished. Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages of commonly used supplies. Organize storage areas so equipment and materials are easy to locate. Track incoming supplies and update inventory records when new items arrive. Communicate inventory needs and purchasing recommendations to management. Assist with other basic organizational tasks around the training facility as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to count and record inventory accurately. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Good communication skills. Comfortable working around a sports and martial arts training environment. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable using spreadsheets or basic inventory tracking systems. Able to notice when supplies or equipment need to be replenished. Organized approach to maintaining storage areas and shared materials. Willingness to occasionally assist with light organizing and moving of supplies.
