Inventory Associate
ConfidentialPosition Summary ProEnc USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support the organization and movement of materials, components, and finished products. ProEnc manufactures protective housings designed to safeguard electronic equipment used in demanding outdoor environments, with extensive experience in manufacturing and audiovisual applications. This entry-level role helps maintain accurate inventory records and ensures materials are properly received, stored, and prepared for production or shipment. Training will be provided on company procedures and inventory processes. Responsibilities Receive, count, and organize incoming materials, components, and products. Record inventory movements and update quantities in company systems or spreadsheets. Label and store items in designated locations for easy identification and access. Pick and prepare materials needed for production, orders, or shipments. Check items for quantity, condition, and basic identifying information. Assist with cycle counts and routine inventory checks. Maintain organized inventory areas and ensure products are stored safely. Help prepare finished products and components for outgoing shipments. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the appropriate team member. Perform general warehouse and inventory support tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to handle routine physical tasks associated with inventory work. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Able to keep inventory areas organized and follow established procedures. Positive attitude and willingness to support production and warehouse operations.
