Inventory Associate

Location: Van Horn, TX Pay: $29.44/hour Schedule: Day shift About the Role Averro is hiring an Associate Inventory II to support inventory, receiving, and warehouse operations for a leading aerospace manufacturing organization. Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, and electronic pallet jacks (EPJs). Perform inventory transactions using inventory management and ERP systems. Review part requirements and ensure materials meet quality standards. Conduct inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process issues and participating in root cause analysis. Required Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, or inventory experience. Experience operating forklifts (PIT certification preferred or ability to obtain). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience using inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS software. Ability to read Bills of Material (BOMs) and follow work instructions. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience. Experience operating electronic pallet jacks (EPJs), reach trucks, or turret trucks.
