Inventory Associate
ConfidentialPosition Summary Cedarwind Performance Horses is seeking a reliable and organized Inventory Associate to help manage supplies, equipment, and materials used in daily horse care and facility operations. This hands-on position focuses on keeping inventory records accurate, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring essential items are available when needed. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, comfortable working around a horse facility, and able to keep storage areas organized. Training will be provided on inventory procedures and facility-specific routines. Responsibilities Count and record supplies, equipment, feed, grooming products, and other facility materials. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered. Organize inventory in designated storage areas for easy access. Check incoming deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips or order records. Inspect supplies for visible damage, expiration dates, or other issues. Prepare restocking lists and communicate supply needs to the appropriate team member. Update inventory spreadsheets or digital records as items are received, used, or moved. Help track equipment and supplies used for horse care, training, and facility maintenance. Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and arranged for safe access. Report missing, damaged, or low-stock items promptly. Assist with receiving, labeling, and putting away new deliveries. Support other routine organizational and facility tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and data entry skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records. Reliable work habits and a responsible approach to daily tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in an active horse-facility environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move supplies as required. No previous experience required; training provided.
