Inventory Associate

Company Overview:

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and manifests
• Conduct routine physical cycle counts of warehouse stock and packaging supplies
• Input inventory counts and stock transfers accurately into tracking software
• Organize stockroom shelving and pallet grids neatly to ensure quick asset retrieval
• Flag low inventory counts or stock discrepancies to facility leads
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and labeling newly arrived postal supplies
Mandatory Skills and Proficiencies:
• High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and part codes
• Basic computing skills for operating inventory logging software and handheld scanners
• Physical capability to move, lift, and arrange inventory boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills for reporting inventory status to supervisors
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in inventory auditing, shipping/receiving, or stockroom tracking
• Familiarity with barcode scanning technology and basic spreadsheet navigation
