Inventory Associate

Position Summary Green Day Realty, Inc. is seeking a dependable Inventory Associate to help track, organize, and maintain supplies and materials used in daily operations. This position involves checking stock levels, documenting inventory changes, arranging storage areas, and helping ensure that necessary items are available when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling practical tasks while coordinating with other team members. No previous experience is required, and training will be provided. Responsibilities Check inventory levels and report items that need to be replenished. Receive deliveries and compare incoming items with packing lists or order records. Label, sort, and place supplies in their designated storage locations. Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets or company tracking systems. Conduct routine stock counts and document any differences. Prepare supplies and materials for internal requests or scheduled use. Identify damaged, missing, or misplaced items and notify the appropriate team member. Keep storage areas clean, accessible, and organized. Assist with preparing purchase requests when stock levels are low. Coordinate with coworkers to support inventory needs and maintain an orderly workflow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. No previous experience required; training will be provided. Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information accurately. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and maintain clear records. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently on routine assignments and cooperate with a team. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with inventory tracking, stockroom organization, or supply management is helpful but not required. Comfortable using spreadsheets or basic inventory software. Ability to handle routine physical tasks, including moving and organizing supplies.
