KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Inventory Assistant to join our Green Bay manufacturing. The shift for this individual will be 7:30am-4:00pm. To learn more about KI, please visit www.ki.com Job Duties: Pull orders and sort according to shipping requirements Pull proper fabric to fulfill orders Cut fabric to size, big it and send to shipping Inspect incoming fabric rolls ensuring that flaws are marked and yardage is correct Place fabric rolls on racks sorted by location range Take appropriate fabric rolls from racks to the Fed Ex machine Fill fabric sample requests for customers and sales reps Track daily and monthly samples via Excel spreadsheet program Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Reading skills Keyboarding skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Value Added Skills: Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required Team player Willingness to learn Ability to train on any shift Positive attitude Physical Requirements: Working in areas where it can get warm Working in a smoke free environment Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow KI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
