Inventory Assistant

CARGO EXPRESS LEZAMA J LLC. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support daily inventory management, stock tracking, shipping, and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Assist with receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing incoming shipments. Verify quantities and product details against shipping documents. Perform routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and report damaged or missing items. Update inventory information in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software. Support order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities. Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain accurate documentation. Follow company procedures and applicable workplace safety standards. Qualifications Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Ability to maintain accurate records and perform inventory counts. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
