Inventory Assistant

Full-Time Inventory Assistant – Charlotte, NC Prefer keeping track of stock, checking details, and making sure everything is where it should be? This could be a good fit. We’re hiring a full-time Inventory Assistant in Charlotte, NC to help maintain accurate stock records and support the day-to-day movement of inventory. You’ll work with deliveries, stock counts, inventory systems, and internal teams to make sure information stays up to date and discrepancies are identified quickly. This role would suit someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, likes working with details, and wants to build experience in inventory control and business operations. A Typical Day Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery records Record stock received, transferred, or issued Update inventory spreadsheets and internal systems Assist with routine stock counts and inventory audits Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and recorded quantities Monitor inventory levels and flag items that may need replenishing Organize stock records, delivery paperwork, and related documentation Help track damaged, missing, or incorrectly recorded items Communicate stock updates to relevant team members Support inventory reporting and general operational tasks Who We’re Looking For Experience is useful, but it isn’t everything.
