Inventory Specialist Neurovirtual USA, Inc. Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Mon to Fri. Most of US holidays with paid day-off. Job Description in Brief This position reports directly to the Inventory Control Coordinator and is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. This role will serve to maximize space utilization as defined by operating. The Inventory Control Associate will also monitor inventory levels and product movement. This position will control non-conforming material as defined by quality standard. The Inventory Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring a conforming product, facilitating efficient order fulfillment, and contributing to a safe and orderly working environment. Specific Responsibilities 1. Stock inventory in their proper locations based on the condition of the parts. 2. Create locations and warehouse consolidation. 3. Preservation of material, documentations and adding properly label. 4. Picking and Packing. 5. Inventory document add / change request. 6. Receive imports. 7. Work alongside repairs and other departments regarding inventory. 8. Daily material received placing back to stock. 9. Remove items from QuickBooks. 10. File all documentation for audit purposes 11. Verify the report on the status of scrap and purge locations. 12. Assist Operations team in locating parts 13. Import other lots, as needed. 14. Packaging and kits 15. Pull all expired units. 16. Pull parts for sales orders 17. Assist with warehouse reorganization 18. Review all Regional One consignment material. 19. Re-label the inventory with the actual location. 20. Re-batch and relocate parts, as requested 21.
