Inventory Assistant – Charlotte, NC Like keeping things organised, working with details, and making sure the right information matches what’s actually in stock? This could be a good fit. We’re hiring a full-time Inventory Assistant in Charlotte to help keep stock information accurate and make sure inventory is where it needs to be. You’ll work with records, counts, deliveries, and internal teams to catch discrepancies early and keep day-to-day operations organized. It’s a good opportunity for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, working with numbers and information, and having a role where accuracy genuinely matters. There’s also room to learn more about inventory control, operations, and the systems used to manage stock. A Typical Day Check incoming stock against delivery records Update inventory information in company systems Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks Investigate differences between physical stock and system records Organise inventory records, paperwork, and digital files Monitor stock levels and flag items that may need attention Help track products moving between storage areas Prepare basic inventory reports and updates Communicate with team members about stock levels and discrepancies Support wider warehouse, operations, or administrative tasks when needed Who We’re Looking For Experience is useful, but it isn’t everything. We’re looking for someone dependable who is comfortable working with information, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping records accurate.
