Inventory and Warehouse Fulfillment

Job Summary We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and ready to keep things moving behind the scenes at Out of Town. Our warehouse team plays a big part in getting merchandise where it needs to go—from receiving and organizing new product to moving inventory and customer orders between our warehouse and Bismarck store. If you like staying busy, working with a team, and having a job where you’re not sitting at a desk all day, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Receive, unpack, organize, and move incoming merchandise Help keep our warehouse clean and organized Pull and prepare merchandise and orders for the store, or to be shipped out Drive our company van between the warehouse and Bismarck store Load and unload boxes and merchandise Help with online orders and other day-to-day warehouse tasks as needed Work with our store and online teams to make sure product gets where it needs to go What We’re Looking For Dependable and able to work independently Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable staying active throughout your shift Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a company van Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Previous warehouse or retail experience is helpful, but not required Schedule We’re primarily looking for help during the daytime, with some flexibility depending on availability. We are also looking for people who could work some weekends throughout the month. We are open to part-time or full-time hours, depending on the person's schedule.
