As the Inventory and Shipping Flow Coordinator in Middletown, Ohio on 3rd shift (9pm-6pm), you’ll orchestrate the movement of goods so every order leaves accurately and on schedule—all while supporting a tight-knit, high-energy team. Your impact Direct nightly shipping activities to meet tight departure windows with precision. Synchronize with warehouse crews to align receiving, staging, and outbound loading. Keep inventory in balance—monitor levels and act to prevent shortages or overages. Maintain clear, accurate shipment records using distribution software and Microsoft Office. Communicate early and often to resolve distribution roadblocks with cross-functional partners. Promote a culture of safety and adherence to company policies. Mentor new teammates and share best practices to strengthen the operation. What sets you up for success High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/supply chain studies are advantageous. Previous distribution/logistics experience preferred. Meticulous organization and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Skilled with distribution platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Confident, clear communicator—both written and verbal. Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physical warehouse tasks.
