Inventory and Receiving Supervisor
ConfidentialAbout the Role As Inventory & Receiving Supervisor, you keep a single pharmacy site stocked, organized, and ready. You own on-hand inventory, receive and inspect every shipment that comes in, organize it, and lead the site's small receiving/warehouse team. As Corporate Supply Chain centralizes procurement, this role evolves away from purchasing and toward inventory assurance and receiving — your job becomes making sure the pharmacy always has what it needs on hand, and that everything we send arrives, is checked, and is put away correctly. What You'll Do Own site inventory: monitor on-hand levels, run cycle counts, prevent stockouts, and manage lot/expiry and FIFO/FEFO so the pharmacy always has adequate supply on hand. Receive and inspect all inbound shipments against POs and packing slips; flag damage, shortages, and discrepancies, and quarantine or escalate as needed. Organize and maintain storage areas so materials are easy to find, properly stored, and audit-ready. Lead the site's receiving/warehouse team — assign and schedule daily work, train, and manage performance. Feed accurate on-hand and receiving data back to Supply Chain so replenishment and planning stay current. Partner with site pharmacy leadership on supply needs and with Corporate on replenishment timing and inbound deliveries. Other duties as assigned. Who You Are You run a tight stockroom. You're organized, dependable, and hands-on, you lead a small team well, and you follow up until a discrepancy is actually resolved.
