Job Description : We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory and Delivery Associate to help keep our dispensary running smoothly. You'll manage inventory, restock, prepare orders, and deliver them to customers in our neighborhood. You'll be the person who makes sure the right product is in the right place, packed correctly, and in the customer's hands on time and in full compliance. Responsibilities : Inventory/Fulfilment Receive and Organize Deliveries: Unpack and store product shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly placed. Conduct Inventory Counts: Perform regular checks to maintain accuracy and address discrepancies. Restock and Arrange Displays: Keep shelves and storage areas stocked, neatly organized, and correctly labeled. Prepare Orders for Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for in-store pickup and delivery with precision. Ensure Compliance: Follow New York State cannabis regulations in all inventory-related tasks. Update Inventory Systems: Use inventory management software to track stock movements and updates. Collaborate on Order Issues: Partner with sales and customer service teams to resolve any order-related concerns. Support Audit Processes: Assist with inventory audits and help create reports for management. Maintain Clean Workspaces: Keep stockrooms and fulfillment areas tidy, safe, and efficient. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues. Keep Growing : Alway try to improve yourself and your work. Delivery Pack Delivery Orders Compliantly: Check every item against the order and pack it. Prepare Delivery Paperwork: Generate and review the shipping manifest and delivery inventory log, and complete a bag check before you leave the store. Deliver Orders to Customers: Safely and reliably deliver orders by foot, bike or e-bike within our delivery area, arriving within the scheduled window and representing Yerba Buena with the same warmth and professionalism as our in-store experience. Verify Customers at Hand-Off: Check a valid government issued ID at every delivery, confirm the recipient is 21 or older and is the person who placed the order, and collect their signature. No exceptions, and product is never left with someone else. Keep Delivery Product Secure: Transport products securely, stay within the product limits for bikes and scooters, and never leave product unattended or in a vehicle overnight. Reconcile After Every Run: Return to the store, hand over your paperwork, and reconcile every item as either delivered (with a matching signature) or returned to inventory. Flag anything that does not add up right away. Qualifications : Must be 21 years or older. Comfortable and confident riding a bike or e-bike safely in city traffic and in all kinds of weather.
