We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Inventory & Customer Service Associate to join our Miami team! This isn't your average retail position! What You'll Be Doing Inventory & Operations Handle daily shipping, receiving, and order processing. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Create purchase requests and assist with product replenishment. Organize merchandise, stockrooms, and retail displays. Track customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment. Help improve inventory procedures to keep operations running smoothly. Customer Service & Retail Welcome and assist pilots, flight attendants, and other aviation professionals. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service. Process purchases, phone orders, returns, and exchanges. Operate the cash register and assist with daily sales reconciliation. Help customers find the right uniforms, luggage, and aviation accessories. Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers. What We're Looking For Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills. Previous retail, inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Experience with CounterPoint POS is a plus, but we're happy to train! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Why Join Crew Outfitters?
