Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Inventory Coordinator to lead our logistics operations and inventory management efforts. In this role, you will oversee the efficient movement of goods, manage our supply room distribution processes, and ensure accurate inventory control. Your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize supply chain workflows, and support seamless order fulfillment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success. Responsibities : Maintaining contact lists for prospective clients and vendors Maintaining inventory of office supplies Maintaining the organization of the office including but not limited to : filing cabinets and supply room Managing all marketing materials and shipping them to offices and sales reps Managing shipping reports and handle order expectations Shipping and proper preparation of packages for external customers Ability to multitask and jump in when needed Other duties as assigned by management Handles shipping mail and other materials by FEDEX Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Use of programs like Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Google Workplace required Ability to routinely lift packages under 50lbs Must be able to pass background check Benefits & Compensation - $21-$24 Per Hour - Health, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage 2 months post-hire - 401k Contributions and up to 4% match 6 months post-hire - PTO Eligible 3 months post-hire Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Work Location: In person
