Inventory & Allocation Specialist

We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving Inventory Specialist to keep product flowing from our warehouse to our stores. Inventory is the heartbeat of our business. When a shipemnt arrives, it needs to be received, tagged, and on the sales floor right away. We're looking for someone who understands that speed here directly drives sales. . Getting them received, tagged, and on the sales floor quickly is critical to us. If you understand why that matters, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Enter POs in Shopify with 100% accuracy and deliver weekly PO reports Receive, tag, and route shipments the same day Process store transfers and keep best sellers stocked at every location Track best sellers, stock levels and damages Supervise our tagging team and keep the warehouse organized Asses and predict inventory needs and coordinate accordingly What you bring: Hands-on Shopify experience (required) Inventory management experience and strong Excel skills An expert multitasker who adapts quickly as priorities change through the day Meets every deadline, with zero tolerance for errors Trustworthy, analytical, and entrepreneurial
