Inventory Admin assistant

Moore Pipe (2015) Inc. is a growing supplier of OCTG services in Canada and the US. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to join our Inventory Team to assist with data entry related tasks for all inventory shipping, receiving, and production reporting. This position will also assist with vacation coverage in other positions so tasks will vary. This will be a permanent full time position. Reports to: Inventory Manager Location: Nisku, AB Duties; Create BOLS/ROMS , driver signatures, adjustments. Prepare customer Service inventory data for Invoicing. Production reporting data entry Others duties related to office and accounting functions as needed for relief. Requirements: A learning attitude Strong communication skills Grade 12 Diploma Strong technology skills and adept at learning new software. Experience with QB or SAGE an asset but not required Knowledge of OCTG and inventory processes an asset but not required.
