International Sourcing, Estimating & Project Manager

About Us Antigo Zeon (AZ) designs and delivers signage and branded products for our clients. We make and supply products such as Neon signs, LED signs, displays, tap handles and point-of-sale items. We’re looking for a person to own the path from quote to delivery: Estimating, managing the schedule and getting the product to the customer, built right the first time. The Role This role is the quarterback of our projects. You’ll build competitive quotes, negotiate with vendors, manage product delivery, and keep every job on schedule from purchase order to delivery. What You’ll Do Estimate and quote: Build accurate, profitable quotes from drawings, specs and customer requirements across all three product groups: In-house products: materials, labor, production time and overhead Imported products: full landed cost (factory price, freight, duties, tariffs, brokerage, inland delivery) Outsourced items: decoration, packaging and shipping Manage projects: Set and track deadlines for each job, review vendor production and inspection reports, spot delays early and keep Sales and customers informed. Source and manage vendors: Act as AZ’s main contact with overseas partners. Negotiate price, quality, payment terms and lead times. Find and qualify new sources and issue purchase orders. Import and logistics: Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers on bookings, documentation and tracking. Make sure shipments comply with U.S. import rules (HTS classification, commercial invoices, country-of-origin marking). Watch tariff changes and keep freight costs competitive. Protect quality: participate in our quality review process and keep thorough records (checklists, photos, labeling) so products are made right the first time and on every repeat order. Improve the process: Find ways to cut wasted time and materials, and mentor and back up teammates. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, estimating or project management, ideally in signs, lighting or electronics manufacturing Proven experience managing international vendors, especially in China Strong negotiation, cost analysis and landed-cost skills Working knowledge of U.S. import and customs processes, international freight and Incoterms Ability to read drawings, specifications and electrical requirements Familiarity with sign components (modules, power supplies, controllers, cabinets, message centers) Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP or purchasing software Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling many projects and deadlines Nice to Have Inventory management or warehousing experience Working Conditions Mostly remote office-based, with regular time communicating with the production team, sales team and warehouse facility reviewing incoming product Occasional early-morning or evening calls with overseas vendors Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Antigo, WI 54409
