International Shipping Packer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous Freight Packer to join our Ranshu team on a full-time basis. This role is critical in ensuring that all outgoing shipments are packed accurately, securely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, maintains a high standard of organization, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Carefully pack freight items according to company standards and shipping requirements Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage before packaging Label, seal, and prepare shipments for transport with strict attention to detail Ensure proper use of packing materials to prevent damage during transit Maintain an organized and clean packing area at all times Follow shipping documentation procedures and verify order contents Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipping deadlines Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs.)
